These Terms of Service govern your use of the JQ Construction website and the handyman services we provide. By contacting us for an estimate or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates provided over phone, text, or in person are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work discovered once the job begins.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major debit/credit cards.
JQ Construction is licensed and insured. We stand behind our work — if something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
JQ Construction is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
